Monday - Thursday
8:30 am - 1:30 pm

The Zoning Board of Adjustment typically meets on the 1st Tuesday of each month at 7:30 pm

at the Town Hall only if there is Board business. Meetings are open to the public.

Anyone contemplating changes in the use of their property, i.e., home business, in-law apartment,

commercial use, etc., must apply to the Zoning Board of Adjustment.

This Board also deals with variances that may be needed when setbacks cannot be met.

If in doubt, call the Town Office and ask for Denise - 772-5423, ext. 101.
