July 10, 2001 Meeting

In Attendance: Chairman Dan Chaisson, Katherine Clark, and Paul Kimball
The Meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm.
Application
of Linda MacNeil Dailey, 2 North Road, Kensington, NH 03833, Map 11, Lot 26,
for a Special Exception for Home Occupation, Article 8.3, Section I.B. – Linda
Dailey explained to the Board that she plans to do art work in the barn and
that she is not part of Dailey, Inc.
She stated there would be no signs or traffic and no impact to the
area. Abutters John and Susan Herney
attended in support of the special exception.
Following a review of the application and discussion, K. Clark moved
that the application of Linda MacNeil Dailey for a special exception for home
occupation be accepted and approved. P.
Kimball seconded with all in favor.
Modification of the variance worksheets –
Board members discussed the recent changes regarding determination of
hardship. The members present discussed
modifying the variance worksheets, but no decisions were made. Additional information has been received and
this will be reviewed for the next meeting.
Approval of June 5, 2001 minutes – P. Kimball moved to accept the minutes of June 5, 2001, seconded by K. Clark with all in favor.
K. Clark moved to adjourn at 8:20 pm, seconded by P. Kimball with all in favor.
