Planning Board Minutes

January 19, 2010

Approved March 16, 2010

In Attendance:  Theresa Wojcukiewicz, Vice Chair, Joan Whitney, Peter Merrill, alternate Kate Mignone filling in for Steve Wilson and Dylan Smith, Rockingham Planning Commission Circuit Rider.  Meeting called to order at 7:30 pm. 

Approval of November 17 and December 15, 2009 minutes – Peter Merrill moved to approve the December 15, 2009 minutes, seconded by Joan Whitney with all in favor.  The minutes of November 17, 2009 were postponed.

NEW BUSINESS:  None

OLD BUSINESS:

Master Plan – Continued discussion regarding updating the master plan.  Items to focus on include:

· Existing land use and future land use – open space and potential rezoning

· Policy ideas

· Aquifer protection

· Preparing a survey – possible assistance through UNH – Dylan Smith will contact

· Review of chapters 2 and 5 for discussion at the next meeting

Any other business properly brought before the board –

Peter Merrill moved to adjourn at 8:48 pm seconded by Joan Whitney with all in favor.
