Work Session

Review of proposed warrant articles for Town Meeting

Approved January 20, 2009

In Attendance:  Chair Joan Whitney, Mike Schwotzer, Peter Merrill, Theresa Wojcukiewicz, David Buxton and Dylan Smith, Rockingham Planning Commission Circuit Rider.  

Workforce Housing – The density bonus provision was reviewed and it was agreed to place it under Open Space.  It will be added to Article 10 as letter H.  The words “acceptable to the monitoring agent” were added to e, and Dylan’s attorney notes will be added to c.  Dylan will prepare the final draft and forward to Denise.  Workforce Housing will be added to Ch. II as 8.4G.

Signs – The only change was regarding real estate signs.  M. Schwotzer will finalize and forward.

Driveways – No changes made.

M. Schwotzer moved to adjourn at 9:00 pm seconded by Peter Merrill with all in favor.
