Kensington Conservation Commission              

Minutes of May 12, 2009

Members in attendance: Rob Garneau, Heather Douglas, Sydnee Goddard

1. Call to order 7:35.

2. Minutes approved.

3. Group met with John Sargent to discuss potentially placing 15 acres of his land in conservation.  His land abuts existing conservation land.  Group will walk his property on May 20^th.

4. Motion to have Mike Speltz from the Society for the Protection of New Hampshire Forests (SPNHF) draft a letter of intent to conserve the Ryder property for review by the Kensington Conservation Commission and Charlie Tucker was unanimously approved.

5. Rob agreed to make a trail map to post at the town park to encourage more use of those trails.

6. Reviewed mail.
