Kensington Conservation Commission Meeting

Minutes for Tuesday March 25, 2008

Members in attendance: Heather Douglas, Joan Skewes, and Sydnee Goddard

1. Call to order 7:35pm

2. Motion by Joan to approve the expenditure from the Kensington Conservation Fund for the purchase of the Kimball easement up to an amount of $215,000, which includes all donations received into the portion of the conservation fund defined as the Kimball fund.  Seconded by Heather.  Approved unanimously.
