Minutes of October 9, 2007

Members in attendance: Harry Bodwell, Rob Garneau, Sydnee Goddard, Heather Douglas

1. Call to order 7:45pm

2. Minutes approved

3. Heather announced that we earned $20 for our "buy local" table at the PTO fall festival, which just cover's the PTO charge for having a table.   Heather will give the $20 to the PTO.

4. Sydnee shared that the Cole appeal letter to RFPP (at the state level) was denied.  Agreed to go further and appeal the USDA. 

5. Sydnee shared that the final appraisal for Kimball property is near completion.

6. Discussed Plan for Trail Work Day.  Rob indicated that he raked the new trail off Moulton Ridge.  Planned to do the following on trail day: post green usage signs, clear new trails further, blaze the three new trails in yellow, blue and red paint.

7. Discussed proposed work on Sawyer Park.  Selectmen have to apply to DES for approval of the plan.  Selectmen requested a letter from KCC in response to the plan.  Sydnee did not have the plans so discussion was suspended.  Sydnee will try and set up a time for a sight walk.

8.  Reviewed Buxton's application to DES for wetland impact permit for a driveway plan for a newly created house lot off  Osgood Road.  Decided that a site walk is needed.  Sydnee will e-mail everyone with some possible site walk dates.

9.  Sydnee shared that SAU16 is hoping to put an easement on their land off Route 150.  Possible easement language was passed to Sydnee from town hall.  Discussion was suspended until we receive further information about the parcel.  Sydnee will request more information.
