1. Call to order 7:40

2. Discussed annual report draft. Made some changes

3. John and Sydnee summarized discussion at board meeting on Jan 12. Discussed possible amendment to warrant article. Joan made motion to strike "at no cost to the town" and replace it with "The Kensington Conservation Commission agrees to pay $25,000 for the timber rights plus the transaction costs." The rest of the article remains as written.

Motion seconded and unanimously approved.
